I do free local delivery on Sundays and Wednesdays from 11-3pm. Please check off your preferred day at checkout.

If you prefer pick up, at check out please check off one of the free local delivery days, and fill out the pick up form. I will contact you directly to arrange a pick up location.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY TOTE BAG?

The tote bags are made of a polyester canvas. Machine wash on gentle cycle, cold water, and hang to dry.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Prints and originals are final sale.

Returns will be accepted for Tote Bags within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund, and to the original form of payment. The tote bag must be in new, unused, resellable condition to qualify for a refund. Delivery fees will not be refunded.

Return shipping is not covered by MOTHERCOLOUR and is the customer’s responsibility. A return shipping label will be created and emailed to you and this amount will be invoiced prior to sending the return shipping label. Please note that for customers outside North America , the return shipping rates are higher. Please contact me at hello@mothercolour.ca to start your return process.
